This is my first time living right off the parade route, which I'm dreading. The influx of crazies for the night makes it virtually impossible for people who actually live here to go about their business...

It already looks pretty wild out there. My boyfriend and I have sequestered ourselves inside with plenty of good food and booze. Have fun!

I've lived in the West Village for YEARS.
The parade is just a part of living here.
