thats being way to technical. but in 2010 haitians are black just like the rest of the west indies.

Haitians did contribute to other latin american countries during the nineteenth century independence movements. Historically haiti is latin american, but culturally they view themselves as equals with anglo west indians. Also haitians are catholic and speak a romance language. Technicality goes much further then consideration.

haitians don't even live in the same areas as none of the groups you listed in your list.

you will find haitians living with trinis, guyanese, bajans, jamaicans, etc even Africans lol.

Haitians are Latin American, even if they don't consider themselves to be.

It's kinda like Dominicans and Puerto Ricans being West Indian, even though they don't identify as such.

Anyways my answer to the topic is Dominicans. Most African looking hispanics here have been Dominican, that I've seen. But I'd say people from Honduras per capita are the most Afro looking group in the city.
