Wickham Ave Bronx (Eastchester, Pelham: apartment, houses, neighborhood)

friend of mine has a co worker with a nice apartment at a good price on the 2400 area on Wickham Ave. how is that area? im very sketchy on where my new place will be sense i have a 3year old kid.

anyway, the 2400 block of Wickham is in Pelham Gardens which is in a really nice area of private homes

around there with shopping either at the Gun Hill Rd approach to the I 95 south or Eastchester Rd off Astor, Mace and Waring Avenues

It's Pelham Gardens,just a few blocks North of Pelham Parkway.It's a really nice neighborhood with nice houses.Biggest problem would be you have to take a bus to the subway.
