Think outside the box.....there is more to NY than NYC.

Skip NYC all together....move upstate NY. Wide open space, untapped, not overcrowded, cheaper cost of living than NYC and you will be just a train ride away whenever you want to come down into NYC for fun. I understand that many have this dream of living in NYC but there is a high price tag that comes with it.
