So an update ......no heat in my apt since I moved in it has been off and on but as of a week ago NO heat!!! Idgaf about the temp outside inside it's freezingggggg.......how's everyone?
Ahhhhhh!!!!!!! Hi guys!!!! How is it going ?? I feel bless and very thankfull !! I'm all set , nothing to complain except , for the tv, and trying to figured out where'to send my rent!!, at the begining I sent the first one to the same adress as wavecrest , now I have a slip that shows another adress from Knickerboker , I'm calling to see the witch is the real one , and have t get a answer. If anybody has any info let me know, about the Con Ed. My first bill was 30.00 for 3 weeks , jaja I'm never home lol!!!! Happy holidays everyone !!!!!
yeah IDK where to send my rent either thats the most important part why would they not make that clear. but Hey look at us being honest and asking where to pay rent lol. If it's late it's not our fault. I haven't recieved my rent slip yet......and when I called wavecrest to ask them where do I send the rent and how she told me the super will put a invoice under my door.....sorta unprofessional but hey what can we do!! where is Deli? you alright buddy?
Has anyone received their Con ED bill yet and around how much is it? Also how do we pay the rent?
hey so my 1st con-ed bill was 58 and the 2nd 42
for the rent I called and the lady told me to send it to the wavecrest address so they could get it sooner- but i went on their website and it gives u the option to pay online. so i created an online account and paid my bill there.

yea i called them for like 2 weeks str8, even sent emails and left voice mails. worried about my rent cuz i didnt want to get 2 months together and thats exactly what happened. they sent me a bill for 2 months of rent + the security deposit. $2600+. but i called and they said its a mistake and only to send the 2 months.
