My answer is #1.

There might be a slight increase in crack use, but I think we can all agree it's nowhere near 1988-1991 levels.

crack never left.............also a lot of people in NYC are using Crank aka crystal Meth.

not sure i agree... you need money to buy supplies and i notice the more money the more access to drugs and drug related parties.


I notice a lot of profesionals using a lot in fashion, finance and the medical fields. to name just a small few.

True, and this group of people indulge in perverse sexual orgies and "running round with diamond rings and coke spoons that are owerflowing".

It's a cliche, what I described but still very common behind closed doors. (Bloomy strung out in womens underwear and Mickey Mouse mask)
