Bk11 is pretty big, the area and locker rooms are pretty nice, the super and garage forman are nice guys and the parking is fine. The brooklyn south boro office is upstairs from the garage, so there are a lot of chiefs always around there.
Bk 13 is a dump as far as condition of the garage. It services coney island and brighton beach. Nice bosses again and the parking is fine.
Bk 10 isn't bad. It's connected to bk7. Nice bosses, parking is fine. condition is fine.
bk 6 is ok, basically all the same.
Out of the 4 I like bk 11 the best. (Also bc I live in that district). You'll never get in there anyway right now. Only possible way is with a hardship. Meaning you can justify a reason why you need to be there. Really only happens if you have a big hook.
I'd say your best chances are 6 or 10 and I'd go with 10. It's a nice enviorment and the people are nice. You may get there, not likely though.
