@nicki congrats that's great news I think there is more vacant apartments than that I had heard out of the 66 apts only about 20 were filled but I guess that can get change day to day as for the neighborhood it's obviously not the best in te Bronx but its fine for me I'm really just going to and from work no hanging around the area. How many bedrooms did you apply for?
THANKS! I qualified for a 2 bed room.... I saw one apartment which was really small .....super small....I was also showed one which I ADORE...which one I can get will depend on the Log number..... the guy stated that he signed 35 leases so far and they hope to have them all filled by the end of the month.
Very cool!!!! I have a 2 bedroom too I was shown a tiny 2 bedroom also but I chose the apartment I got now and I absolutely love it!!!! Hopefully you get the one you want. It shouldn't take a very long time to hear back from them I viewed the apartment and a week later I signed the lease
that's awesome! I'm excited but a little nervous as well because they showed me the model apartment (which is for viewing purposes) and he mentioned that he was also showing it to another party tomm.....ironically thats the one I WANT lol... he told me he cant guarantee it to me because if someone's log number is lower than mine (28) and if they want it they will get it.
hey do anyone know if they are accepting anymore applications i know it late but im guessing that they still may have so empty apartment please respond to me at Ssumter2009@hotmail.com
If it starts with an E it would always be east of Jerome.
Anyways, Burnside ave is surrounded by really sketchy blocks. If you're just going to work in the area then I think you'll be fine. Be warned however, I know a ot of people who got robbed on Burnside ave. Area is predominantly African American & Hispanic (DR and PR).
This is the only thing you have said right so far.
I didn't get it. I was denied because my income exceeded their guidelines.
Damn that's phuked up! Your the type of person that neighborhood needs.
