That's a bad sign for your neighborhood. It means people who hang out in Williamsburg(maybe people who used to live in Williamsburg) are now moving to Ditmas .

The good news is you don't have to worry about them spending beyond their means.Most of them are supported by their rich parents and have unlimited means.They are just slumming it in Ditmas.

Even if your wild theory proved to be true they WOULD STILL BE GUILTY OF HELPING TO FOMENT A CULTURE OF DEBT!
