Default We just applied,

So my husband and I just applied like a week ago for these apt, and we are waiting anxiously to hear a response back from, but I was just wonder how long does it take to hear something back for them? And one more question does people who lives in manhattan get more priority than others? Anyways just wish us good luck, and hope to hear from someone soon, and our fingered are crossed!

Btw, people with bad credits or criminal records are probably out of luck.
