Hi, I'm new to NYC. I do not know midtown very well, I am hosting a small 15-25 people group during the week after a tradeshow that is at the Hilton NYC ( midtown located at w57th and 6th ave) - This will be on a week night Tuesday / Wednesday.
I am looking for an upscale, nice, bar that is open a bit later ( many restaurants that I have found close at 10)

If you know of any places within walking distance please send me your recommendations.
Thank you.

The HILTON has a nice bar.

If you want GRANDER, try the ST. REGIS.

The address the OP gave was for the Hilton Suites which is on 57th and the closest "nice" bar is probably the Whiskey Park on Central Park South and 6th Avenue. There is also a bar in the Le Meridian which is right next door.

If you want to upscale it a bit more you could go to the bar at the Four Seasons, although I don't think either of those bars take group bookings.
