What is the crime like in King Towers in Harlem- 114th and Lenox these days? How well (or not) is the building maintained? Gang activity etc? Is it safe for individual in a wheelchair?

What I know:

Last January (?), there was a major drug bust involving PCP manufacture and sale, very large-scale, community operation. There were several buildings and King Towers was one of them. I think around 30 people were arrested immediately, many more involved and perhaps they have been arrested. Most were also charged with child endangerment because they had been using very young children, not simply "under 18", but ten, eight, etc., for tasks related to the sale and manufacture of the drugs. A few were women, do not know if they were mothers or what. I thought it was a sad, shocking story.

Hard to know what it is like now. At the time, many normal people came out and talked about how happy they were that this has been busted. I heard something about a celebration in the area recently, about the removal of the operation.
