Of course, if police has happened upon him while he was scalping tickets, and stopped to question him, you'd be outraged.

Any way stop and frisk fell y 80% in 2013 and NYC wasn't over run by criminals so babbling about S&F makes no sense. It is much less of an issue, and yet the sky didn't fall.

Tell you what though. Smart detective work will always result in more criminals being caught then random stops of people, for no reason other than the cop had to show the commander X numbers of stops per month.

The real bad boys used to laugh at S&F. Now that the cops are trolling through their FB and other social media to see who is boasting, more of them are getting caught.
