Repeating above poster all of Brooklyn and Queens are part of Long Island.
The construction of Robert Moses Triborough Bridge created the ability to get to Queens (Long Island) without having to go from Manhattan into Brooklyn into Queens.
Only Long island City and Long beach are actually part of Long Island. ( You can pretty much tell from the name) As far
as the other neighborhoods claiming they are part of Long island geographically are nothing but lies from all the desperate
NYC people who wanted their neighborhoods as part of the greater Long island area.
