I know I've posted a lot on this forum, but please bear with me.
We currently live in LIC, small 650-700SQF 2br apt (more like JR 1br) for $1,500. We like it here but my job is now on Atlantic ave and Vanderbilt. We have a small baby and a relative who's taking care of our baby, so we're kinda cramped in this place.
we're considering moving to Brooklyn now.
Wife works in Midtown and like said above, I work in the Fort Greene area of Brooklyn.
What areas would you recommend?
We're looking for a 2Br, in a SAFE area. We would like to spend around what we spend now for rent, but might go as high as $1,700 if the place merits it.
I have in mind the following neighborhoods, in order of preference.
