There is nothing in the actual by laws (i've gone over it again and again looking for something that could be perceived that way too) that say that I cannot place my child (who is a minor) on the certificate of shares, but coop board is trying to make the argument of financially stable, even though I am her mother and have already met the financial requirements to buy the unit several years ago. There was nothing there that stated that my husband at the time had to go through a financial disclosure (2 years after sale), but they tried to make him do it.

Can they tell me that I cannot add my child to the certificate of shares? As it was told to me, she can be there, and if something happens to me the coop could take it from her if she was not on the shares.

Please help, the cooperative board here is very sneaky and conniving. There are supposed to be 7 members in total, but there are just three, and yet they can't seem to get shareholders to have a quorum to vote again.
