The developer is Avalon, but they do not directly handle the lottery process, they hire a 3rd party to do it. But you cannot add info to the application. All you can do is wait to see if you are called for an interview, then tell them the additional information you need to in person.
I think JohnKastiphie wants to know if you have a special preference, for example, do you live in the same community board? Do you have a disability or are you a municipal employee? People who fit in any of these criteria are usually given a preference for a percentage of the units. He's just wondering because his log number is lower than yours.
Also, where did you go for the interview? What is the name of the organization?
Regardless of the number on your online application,,,the first step is to be randomly chosen in order for them to review your application and then proceed with contacting you for an interview if they like what they see on your application. ITS A LOTTERY AND THEY RANDOMLY CHOOSE "X" NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS! Its very possible that your application will not be randomly chosen in which you would not be contacted. There's a lot of luck involved.
ohh yea I have disability preference. I go the interview at 515 w 52 st, idk is call 525 w 28 st
