I prefer JFK but I also use LGA if I get a better priced ticket.

I work in the Hotel industry and it's JFK most of the time, Newark second and LaGuardia 3rd from my observations over the last about 9 years.

I prefer LaGuardia because it's the cheapest cab fare from Manhattan. Unless I'm flying for business and they're paying for a car service, I take the AirTran to JFK or Newark, so they're less convenient.

I prefer LGA because of proximity. M60 is the cheapest and most cost effective vs NJ transit or Airtran. Even the cab ride is half the cost. But the downfall is that one little snowflake will cancel your flight. After that Newark and JFK are about equal.
