No kidding. I knew his platform. This is semantics.

And I still can't believe that he would do something so foolish. I think the city council might stop him.

Well then, they should! There are more of them running around than ever. Much to the great detriment of the country, they have done a good job in assimilating into the mainstream of politics and American culture.

The nonstop anti-Blasio bashing by crazed right wingers is laughable....just like when Obama came into office they made the same outlandish accusations: communist, socialist, fascist, dictator..and on and on. Fear mongering and spreading purposeful misinformation based on..based on....politics and nothing more. If he were for the horses, they would be calling him inhumane and anti-animals....if he is for the poor he is a "socialist, robin hood, and will sink the economy"..if he is for the rich he is "anti-middle class, attacking the poor, and an elitist."

That's how people like rubygreta operate...and it's exactly what they continue to do to Obama...total nonsense, right wing rhetoric meant to scare people with scary sounding misplaced and ignorant accusations. GET A LIFE!

I like Obama, happy he was re-elected. Very much in favor of the affordable health care act

DeBlasio is no Obama

That is correct...however we really don't know who DeBlasio is yet as he has been in office a whopping 2 months and people even before he took office were screaming the end of the world. How about people give him a chance before judging him and claiming he will turn NYC into Detroit? What kind of ludicrous nutjob would spend their time spreading misinformation and rhetoric against a guy who has been in office 2 months and hasn't done a darn thing yet?

Rubygreta needs to take down all those nude Glen Beck posters from her bedroom...they are causing her brain seizures.

I don't know why the horses (as long as they are, in fact, properly cared for) be moved inside Central Park and off the streets? History, tradition, tourists, are one thing but safety trumps it all.

Where in Central Park? There is car/bus traffic through areas of Central Park and the walkways aren't wide enough to support pedestrian traffic and horse carriage traffic (not to mention, who is going to clean up the poop on the walkways?)

Uh genius, I would not be criticizing your Dear Leader as being anti-horse if he wanted to keep the status quo.

Just the fact that you're calling him "dear leader" says a lot about you and your ability to be mislead by propaganda.
