All the apartments come with a washer/dryer?

I believe the studios don't come with one considering how small they are already in square feet.

Studios and 1beds have NO washer/dryer. So that lovely laundry room is only shared by those people.

Here's another one of my left-field questions...are the preference groups per type of unit or across the board? Meaning, do half of the 10 $533 one-bedrooms go to community board preference and then like 4 to no preference? (I dunno how you split up the municipal and disability preferences with a number like 10...) OR what I'm thinking is more likely...do they let half of ALL units go to community board residents, so if there were 10 really low income people, no one without a preference ever stood a chance of getting a $533 one-bedroom? I'm pretty sure I was called in the first week of no-preference low-income and there were already no one-beds, so unfortunately that was probably the case?

Congrats!! We are going to take measurements the week before..
