A lot of this could be avoided with better trained cops. Bratton was able to do it in L.A.
i watched the video. i did not see the cop hit the guy on the ground, i did see a lot of passive resisting of arrest. the hecklers were definitely messing with the cops.
this was never a knockout game. this is people of the community not dealing with their stuff. unfortunately it seems most in this community are ok with criminal behavior and see the cops as an intrusion.

Lol. Bratton has to train the entire police department on how not to punch arrestees. Sad but amusing. I'm living in a country where you have to train professionals on how to be professional. America of all places.
