Does anyone know of any popular websites that are good for applying for jobs online? As a centralize and efficient way to apply instead of having to submit at every companies website.

Actually, this may be the better option. Employers often like if you seek them out directly.

A lot of people like indeed.com, but i find that site to be a cluttered mess. I also use headhunters. They're get and always get me through the door. The rest is up to the candidate.

Applying for jobs online is an absolute waste of time. You need to be out there in person networking. It's the only way these days; HR departments are flooded with literally tens of thousands of online resumes for every job opening. Your chances of getting chosen for an interview are now about as good as winning the lottery.

The site below mainly has job postings that require you email your resume to a actual person rather than complete an online application

Most companies now only accept resumes via their online portals. Aside from like the regular indeed, idealist and at times CL you can go to the actual page of the company and apply through their job section. I have only dropped my actual resume and filled a job app to one particular hospital in the Bronx and its b/c they still do it the old fashioned way lol.

The trick, therefore, is to NETWORK your way into an interview, completely circumventing HR and its Resume Database From Hell altogether.
