will they ask for permits that day ?
will they check license status that day ?

OK well i can still drive interstate. so im still good. I just wasted $85.
I'm pretty sure that you will have to keep renewing the medical every 2 years or however long it lasts. Which is ok if you want to drive for another job but a waste of time and money if you're only driving for DSNY
Those going to pre-orientation you're simply going to be bored all day listening to HR talk about the job, cdl school, the process, the psy, and other boring paperwork nonsense for what I recall being 4884268 hours long. Then you'll leave with your date to go to your medical.

I no longer have the energy to keep telling people to select Excepted Interstate. It's not really that difficult and the dmv should know this once the applicant tells them it's for dsny
I recently received my permit but while at the DMV I was told I have to get a medical (Which I did) and I now am able to drive "NI" I recently found out I do not need a "NI" but instead a "EI" (A3 restriction). Do I have to go back to the DMV and change this, or am I good how it is ? The only restriction I see is "X"
My list number is also within the first 100 and I only have my class B permit. What are the chances I will be hired this year ?
Just wondering because whatever I need to change needs to be done in the next 2 days. My appointment is May 18 @ 8am
Thanks !! in advance.....
