I got a $5 juice since I already had my coffee I made from home.
I'm really not into those fancy drinks. Tooo much sugar and crap my body doesn't need or want.

I do the same most often - and agree.

Mine doesn't. We have a coffee club in the office. The guy who runs it buys big cans of terrible coffee from one of those big deals places. It's awful. But it has caffeine in it.

Sone of us do make coffee at home. It's the first thing I do in the morning. But after almost two hours of commuting to work, I need more. I hit a deli by work, and if I need another cup I get some of the rot gut coffee club stuff in the drip coffeemaker in the office pantry.

The one you described doesn't sound good. A big part of the reason I like the simple non-electric french press is that you pour the just heated water directly over the coffee and I find this really brings out the full flavor of the coffee.

La Colombe, Joe, Blue Bottle, Everyman Espresso, Stumptown, Laughing Man. For home brewing, I prefer Fresh Direct's Organic French Roast Sumatra.

This assumes that you are drnking coffee for pleasure. If caffeination is the goal, buy the cheapest cup available.
