I am better off where I am. I have a good deal.

There is something weird going on with that PC-ST waiting list opening.

If I am going to 14th St.it will be to One Union Square, I have been on that affordable list since the Dark Ages.

I don't think there's anything weird goin on. Kefir tons on people had to move out because of previous management, add that on to those who passed, or just didn't want their apts anymore etc. that leads to a lot of availabilities in the buildings that encompass PCST

Do the income requirements look at your AGI (adjusted gross income) or your total wages when determining eligibility?

I just interviewed for 92nd st and 3rd, my log # 7000's range. They are currently verifying all my income. Finger's cross.

My thing is I never see any affordable housing for single individuals who make between 30-45K a year. Its always at the lower end of the spectrum and honestly 30-45K you need a room mate.
So why are there no adjustments for individuals in those income ranges?

I already interviewed, during the interview you provide copies of all paperwork bank statements, W-2, sign consents for credit check and give related permission to get IRS tax transcript, etc etc. They are verifying my income.

My husband and I won 3 years ago a 1bd in Gotham West, we interviewed 6 months after submitted the paper work so your process was very fast.

We recently welcomed a baby boy so we are trying to get a 2bd .
