Chinas has defiantly come a long way but you can't really compare an amateur sprinter who became a middling professional to a world class professional sprinter who's trying to incrementally increase his top speed.

yes, you are right, China is on the right track, but my point is it's taken over 50 years to get that ethic back from the marxist influences that ruined 2 generations in communism. It takes a long time to get that out of the system...
