If the current people aren't getting the job done (for which a good argument could be made), get rid of them and get ones who can.

OTOH, a lot of the problems come down to political issues that the MTA execs are forced to live with. Unless these are changed, nothing is going to improve.

Getting rid of people is easy. Finding people who can get the job done is hard.

I'm doubtful that they'll reach that targeted Dec 31st date, however if you take the F train in Manhattan the Q's platform is now visible on the downtown platform.

Chava, which station is that. Under PROPERTIES I found the number 72...so perhaps 72nd St.?
