Hi all,

Just wanted to see what everyone's experiences with Affordable Housing Properties have been after getting approved by HPD (and by building management).

I assume there's nothing left to do but show up and sign the lease after seeing the apartment, but I thought that might differ by building.

Thanks!

You would think so but it also depends if the apt is ready to view. Recently was approved for an apt. Was hoping to view and sign lease before my current lease is up but the move in date was pushed back to a month and now pushed back another 2 weeks after that. Cant even view the apt or anything either.
