Sounds like the official end of the J'Ouvert run in NYC.
House/Yard parties will probably run later into the night (where some of the same violence may occur anyhow) but I doubt the hardcore J'Ouvert participants are going to go with hitting the road at daybreak
Nah the parties are definitely going to rock all night but I think only the die-hards are going to put on their oil and powder and hit the road at 6am, the rest are going to knock out to sleep for a few hours, wash up and then hit Eastern Pkwy
