$2,137 for a stupid studio? Nah. Other lotteries like 57 Via West has better studios for cheaper and the building is luxury for the same income ranges! However, I am glad the city is finally catering to some middle income.

This building is essentially more $$ for a lot less.
I saw a couple of the studios and though one of them was bigger than the Ashland one - it definitely did not feel that way.

This is a joke. How are these units for "middle income" people when the rent is capped at 110k/ for 1 person. The income for 1 person should be capped at 150K to qualify.
They are for low middle income people. Sorry you can't qualify on your 150K a year salary :/ *biggest tiny violin here* wtf?
No one gets catered to anymore in these lotteries unless you are 60% AMI and under and then the 120-130 % AMI and developers are only including to this to keep it from being a horrible ghetto building full of nothing but 60 %'ers and under. Those buildings wind up turning into Projects 2.0. (see the 3160 thread and any other thread about buildings that only qualify people who make 60% and below. So these fly by night developers who got mega tax breaks throw in some above income folks to make up for it. So messed up.
of COURSE they skipped the 80-100 AMI in this section of Brooklyn, cuz they would be inundated.. So now they market their 160%ami apartments to everyone? Sorry, but those units don't deserve the tax break the city (us tax payers) provided. FTS.
i know right
most people making that kind of money are mostly staying in manhattan
i guess if you are making 100k+ you now have a greater chance of winning a lottery lol
