So many hooligans, so much drug use and drug overdoses, it’s just not safe there and I would NOT want to associate with this type of low-life behavior... or worse have my children exposed to these low-life influences

You keep lumping black and brown and yellow all together and calling everyone black. That's what I'm confused about. Black people aren't the only people that live in the Bronx you know.
