Looking for some information. I been reading and following this forum for a while. My number was reached, and I took and passed my physical in January 2020. Went to Ferrari driving school and took my road test last month to get my license, failed on my first try but passed my pre-trip which I got credit for. All I have to do on my next road test is drive. I was scheduled to take my road test again March 30th. With everything going on with the COVID-19 pandemic, the governor shut down all NYS DMV’s and cancelled all road test for the next few weeks. Say I get called for the next steps for the pre-o and medical and decide to take the road test through DSNY. Do I have to do the pre-trip inspection all over again? Or is my credit still valid and all I need to do is show that I can drive to pass my road test?

My number is like 5600 something. I took my physical exam last month and they told me they were right around my number. Do you think I would be called before the end of this year?

There’s no way to say for sure... just keep checking in. Just go through the steps and hope for the best. I could tell you first hand have back up plans! Being so late in the process could hurt/help your chances! With what’s going on people may potentially lose there jobs so I could imagine no one turning this down when offered. And some lower numbers coming out the wood work. Etc.

On the other hand, I’m curious who’s gonna watch the kids when parents gotta go back to work lol? Last week I saw kids at work with there parents while I was on route deliveries
