4 in Manhattan? I know about the one in East Harlem. Who in their right mind would go there in Junkyville? You gotta fall over the Meth heads just to get on the subway, let alone go to that IHOP.
There is 1 in Harlem, 1 in East Harlem, 1 in Washington Heights, and 1 on 14th. There used to be another that was short lived on 7th ave near Carmine st but it shuttered. The one in East Harlem I’ve actually never done, but it must be doing well, because it’s been operating for years. I prefer the location on 7th ave on 135th in Harlem. I’ve never had a bad meal from there

I've seen that one by 135th... Kind of a rough spot though, but maybe it's better now with so many yuppies moving in.

IHOP is actually very good outside of NYC. I get skeeved out thinking about eating at one here though, but there was one that I ate at in college a few times that had fantastic butter milk pancakes.
