I always chuckle when I hear that. I wouldn't call any Latino "white". Most of them have some mixture down the line that would disqualify them as white here in the US. Yes, he's light skinned, but I don't features overly "European". He just looks like a light skinned Latino.
We used to call all the light skinned Puerto Ricans white boys in high school. We were just kids being kids. It was all out of fun. We didn't have all that many white kids in school except a few Italian or German kids from Glendale, or Irish from Woodhaven.
Argentinians are far more accepted by David Duke than Sicilians are. After all, Argentina did take in all the Nazis. Actually a lot of South American countries, and even in the Caribbean, were Nazi lovers.

It is well known as a Nazi place of relocation. Yet I1995 still thinks they should be more eligible than a Sicilian for a Stuyvesant or Bronx Science education. He hates Italians so much to go as far as call them KKK members.
I'm well aware of some Italians buying into this foolishness. We've certainly moved up in society racially from the old days when Italians weren't considered white.
Why would anyone not claim Italians as white in 2018? Italy is too important in white history to not claim them as white.

Plenty of the white people in Manhattan are Italians.

Are you sure they don't straighten their hair? My sister's best friend is Puerto Rican and she has pale skin, but she doesn't look white due to her facial features and hair texture.

I would disagree. Why do you hate Italians so much? It seems like deep rooted hatred. It must have something to do with your Irish heritage.
Why do you think I hate Italians? I never said anything bad about them.
