Very few locals are going there. Those that think its cool to party in Brooklyn go there. Don't matter the age of someone some people will always have the mentality of I want to be cool, so they go spend $75 just for admission to a pool party the size of my studio apt.

Yea, there’s definitely a large bridge and tunnel and tourist component to it, but there are people who live in Williamsburg with the money to spend on this.

Also, your studio apartment sounds baller. How much you charge for admission?

Where do actual hipsters party at anymore?

They still do the warehouse parties in rundown areas of Brooklyn?
