Just saying I do not agree with this woman she is being a total jerk but why does the bus operator care? Is he afraid this is an undercover set up? If I was a bus operator I would say fine don't pay. Listen folks it is not worth it to fight with idiots and in some cases risk your life!

Nice justification by the farebeater, “If you don’t got money, you don’t got money. The MTA raise the fare every year”

She’s probably never paid her fare, so how does a fare increase affect her?

If you don't have money, you don't ride the bus.

Actually the Mta drivers are not supposed to engage for their safety. They don’t get in trouble if someone skips the fare, they can call it in and get assistance.

You never know who that person is you are arguing with and if they have a weapon or not.

It's one of those annoying people who gets on the bus then starts lecture everyone about unfair society and how working people like me and the big corps forget about people disadvantaged. Then proceeds to sit down when the bus gets packed.

The bus drivers can trigger the sign system to ask for police assistance. He should have done that, let the cops pull him over, and have the cops drag her out.

The really should impose and mandatory jail term for fair beating. 90 days would be good.
