One, drop the "hun" bit.

Two, maybe or maybe not.

Now that we're into the official summer season Friday travel by car can be tricky. Many places close early on that day (summer hours), and or people either work from home or whatever instead of going into the city. Traffic likely is heavier going out of city and certainly down to South Jersey/Jersey Shore.

Best solution to wrap up this thread is do what everyone else does; keep your ears tuned to WAZE, traffic reports or whatever and be flexible. If you see and or hear traffic is backed up on 440/Outerbridge just keep on going north to the Goethals. This is what nearly everyone else does including locals.

I live near Saint George and the Outerbridge is fine most times but not on Sunday late afternoon or evening. I won't take the Goethals from Jersey. Going to Jersey is fine. On Sundays I am often coming from the south on the Parkway and what I do is get on the Turnpike and take exit 14. It is longer but a much better ride over the Bayonne. That being said they have started some construction at 14 and I haven't been that way in a couple of weeks.

To anyone not looking for something to be offended by, it was obvious you meant "HUH".
