Concessions from whom? Current workers on crummy Tier 6? Former workers on Tiers 1 and 2, happily spending pension dollars in retirement states away from NYC? How about NYC reigns in it's reckless spending habit. Was there a need for the recent ticker tape parade for the World Cup soccer team?

Meh, I would start with lazy welfare recipients, move onto low or no income housing and find the rest of the money scammed through Deblasio’s wife’s billion dollar foundation...with all that money put back into this city we can make NYC great again!

Im more concerned about the scavenging residents and scamming politicians than people who wake up every morning and help this city run.
