Opinion:
We rescued our dog, had a strain of the Corona Virus 10 years ago.
We nursed him back to health. Antibiotics and plenty fluids.
The rest of the litter passed because no medical treatment
I am petting him now as a type this post...............

I am treating it like as a flu epidemic and going about my daily life with the best hygienic precautions.
Washing hands. Minimal human contact. Washing hands. Don't touch your face with dirty hands.

My Conspiracy Theory...........
The Corona Virus strain is nothing more than an attempt by foreign powers to cripple the United States Economy
for entering into future partnership with new trading partners while slowly detaching our dependency on our current trading partners.
Corona Virus will pass. Vaccination will be created. Investigations will begin. 50 years from now the truth will be exposed............You heard it here first...................

So I’ve read on Twitter quite a few times this morning that Times Square was empty last night? Like the deadest in years? Anyone confirm?

I wouldn’t be going anywhere. I‘d stay right here ripping off overtime slips like purell off the shelves at Costco. Then when it’s all over, I’d waltz over to the pension section and kiss this city goodbye once and for all!

^ Yup, the orange man should have forced many Americans into quarantine and then have the Leftist media and folks like you then attack him screaming that he is acting like a totalitarian dictator if there was little spread of the virus.

You would make a good armchair quarterback.

I guess the rich will pack up, head to their Hamptons summer homes and wait it out.

For the rest of us, G-d have mercy.

The big factor that can change course of events is if the coronavirus strain evolves
and becomes deadlier. If it does, then we're in for some gloomy history, folks.

This is the second time in this thread that a large number in Brooklyn have this and it's not gotten out yet. How can anyone know what to believe when conflicting information is all around us?

If they want this to be handled properly, honesty would seem to be the best policy. Instead, it seems that there are many who are simply interested in keeping a lid on the actual number of people who are sick, which in turn gives people a false sense of security because they think the numbers (and their chances of getting it) are low.

As a person with a compromised immune system who is REQUIRED to go to the doctor's office for treatment on a pretty regular basis, I'm thoroughly disgusted at this lack of information. It's easy to say, "Well, just stay inside and wash your hands." It's a whole other thing when you HAVE to go out, AND have a compromised immune system.

Listen, everybody is going to get it, but only the already sick will die. Not a single kid under 9 in the world has died. This is basically a worse version of the flu, people are massively overreacting
