Hopefully, he'll be about more than the shameful theatrics of bending the knee.

Appointing Chief Jeffrey Maddrey as Chief of Community Affairs is the right step to repair
the tense relationship with the Black Community. He is intelligent and articulates his message.
He will be sitting down with the leaders to talk about the individual communities and what they value.
This is key. If the communities want progress it will come to fruition only with greatest of sacrifices.
It starts at home, in the churches, in the schools and in the streets. All members will need to step up
and pour their efforts and not their blood into their neighborhoods to make crime disappear. This is how
higher functioning neighborhoods work. God,Family and Country..........is the way towards success.
Best Wishes...

He was my XO back in 2003. He is a good leader. Has some skeletons (we all do), but nothing related to police work. The man loves his ladies.

I hope he can make a difference, but I'm not sticking around to find out. I'll watch from the sidelines.
