Khadijah, you can go to Curacao starting in December. They're allowing NY and NJ residents to fly in. Look it up.

Canada pretty decent, per capita wise much better than the US has been doing. Mexico supposedly about as bad, but their stats could be less reliable as well which could mean significantly worse.

And Barbados! They are allowing visitors and people who would like to work remotely for up to a year. A third world country with universal healthcare that has done tremendously better than the most exceptional country on earth.
