Caught it back in late March. Just curious how many here have actually had it?

Since then, I've been in close contact ( in the few days before they exhibited symptoms ) with 2 people that tested positive and had moderate cases and I'm sure more that I haven't known about.

Don't know for sure, but I suspect that I had it back in the March-April time frame. But I was on my two weeks off schedule, so was able to isolate.

Should get tested monthly to see reoccurrence. I know someone who had it and came back next month and then finally negative 2 months later. So I don't think the virus is fully cleared until 6-8 weeks total.

The virus is bs, so is the testing, so is the vaccination, so are the death and cases numbers, so are the lockdowns, so are the new daily rules and so on and so on. The only legit thing from the past year or so is the economic impact of all of the above bs.

I had it in the spring. I'm in pretty good physical shape and recently in my 30s, but was hospitalized briefly as I had a not-so-moderate reaction to it with long high fever and a brief period of low oxygen levels in my blood. I came out mostly alright, but for months felt tired easily and somewhat sluggish. X-rays show some scarification in lungs, but it doesn't feel particularly bad now after these months. My spouse had it, too, but it was a lighter fever, a bit of the sniffles and loss of smell/taste. She's also in good shape, but younger. Was terrible for our sex life for a bit, but pretty frisky now! I only personally know one person who's died from it who was an older gentleman in his late 50s.

My wife and I are being released from LIJ to home care today ...23 days from first symptoms, 2 weeks in NORTHWELL LIJ.

My wife is 4 days behind me in symptoms......she was hospitalized last week.

Worst Illness in my life ...symptoms got worse and worse for the first 11-13 days .

Likely weeks of rehab left to breath again ...I am a jogger too ....

I ran 3 miles the day I showed first symptoms..,now peeing is a chore.

We had moderate cases and it was like getting hit by a freight train.

It can take quite a while before my lungs recover enough to go back to normal

Wishing you and your wife the best health!

A family member of mine who lives in California had COVID which entailed a fever that didn't break for a couple of weeks, excessive tiredness and some coughing. Luckily he didn't need to be hospitalized. His wife and 2 of his 3 children also tested positive but except one of the daughters having a slight fever and sore throat for 24 hours, they didn't exhibit any other symptoms.
