What the hell does an inquiry-based anti-racism lesson plan have to do with Marxism, which is an economic concept????
"Inquiry-based" - more obfuscated word salad that is used to hide motivations
Gee, let's inquire into how everyone is racist and nobody has any individual agency. You belong to a group, you will always belong to that group, and you will always act according to that group. So let's "inquire" about how terrible some little kids in the class are and how they're responsible for all the failures of the other little kids because they victimize them

Teaching respect, encouraging critical thinking, teaching good financial habits, and the core subjects. That is what is needed in school. All these other fluff topics does nothing to prepare students for adulthood.
I understand in later posts you mention about critical race group theory.
But if you listen to the video, she explains how race is a social construct and how your skin color is determined by where your ancestors were on the altitude towards or far from the equator if anything she’s breaking down “group theory” by saying we are all one race.
I mean when you have 8 year olds being brain washed about how white people can just kill black people and get away with it on a regular basis but black people will get locked up for killing white people there is something seriously wrong with the adults doing the brain washing. The facts are out there, so if they want to teach 8 year olds about murders based on race they should use the facts and not try to skew things to fit their misguided narrative.
Sure, basically the teachers are guiding little elementary school kids to come to the conclusions in this slide at the end of the video:
The bullet points are historically correct in the USA. I would disagree it’s what “created” racism though. Racism has been around since... forever. Anyone can be racist. It just so happens that historically white people in this country had power to subjugate other groups and did so on a large scale. How relevant this is in 2021 is what is up for debate.
