Well folks....confirmation after confirmation....
Either reactivate Mayor Rudy Giuliani's "broken windows" policies
because segments of the population desperately call for a "get tough "
approach in order to maintain a safe and friendly environment or
CHANGE THE LAWS AND PUT GUNS IN THE HANDS OF LAW ABIDING CITIZENS!

It says in the news that the guy is a member of the gang called Everybody Killas. And then someone says with a straight face that crimes like this are not the result of crime culture. Would someone explain how is it that we can have a social club called Everybody Killaz in this city, the name itself that implies killing is a social achievement?

Russia had a system not long ago.
Cops catches a thief/gang member / criminal. They are asked on camera if they are a gang member. Old Soviet gang rule is you can never deny being a gangster or else you are toast. So when asked the gang member has to admit he is a gang member. Automatic 5 years in prison. When the term is up, he is asked again. And so on and so on.
There is no honor among thieves so not sure how things are today or if this would work in USA, but could be fun to try it out.
Government allows these gangs to exist.
Give life long prison terms for any sort of gang activity and things will clear up very soon.
America is in business of making money. These petty crimes and social issues are not important or ever be. Most politicians understand this and are just playing with peoples emotions.

What the studies you cited say is: poor black criminals are significantly stupider than poor black non-criminals, and poor white criminals are also significantly stupider than poor white non-criminals, What you quoted does not say anything about any other contributors to crime except the low IQ (ie, the studies you cited do not examine anything other than correlation between IQ and crime). What "excuse to hide fears" do you mean? People who already reacted to you are not hiding any fears, but pointing out that you do not understand what you yourself cited :-).
Lol @ I didn't understand

So whats the stats on white criminals then? Asian criminals? Divide and conquer once again.

It's not relevant, we're just finding ways to cope with how this is a personal tragedy to ourselves

I went to school as a kid with kids from the PJs

For Columbia students this may be a case of be careful what you will wish you. Remember the social justice/BLM riots, defund the police, restorative justice crowd not too long ago . Well good luck with this. How can the so called smartest people in the world and the best and brightest be so naive and ignorant. Unreal. This mess they created may go on for years and years. We are really screwed with this one. It took 20 years to get crime under control in this country to a reasonable level and we blow it up in a few months.

There's a reason I qualified my statement with "as an adult" because as an adult you can assess the situation as an outside observer.

Secondly, learning has little to do with money. Poor and working class immigrants in NYC prove this on a daily basis.

Everybody knows the game you play and you're not particularly good at it. It most of this bull**** was perpetrated by whites, Asians, or Hispanics, you wouldn't be so nonchalant about it.

A lot of crime is perpetrated by Whites, Asians and those who classify their ethnicity as Latino/Hispanic. However, I think most people tend to be more focused on shootings that include Black perpetrators, rather than the organized crime (i.e. drug cartels, looting from Wall Street, prostitution, human trafficking, etc).
