It is worse than that and demands being banned at a minimum.. Calling for murdering the "least among you" to get a bit Biblical, is MONSTROUS and INHUMAN. How about a HATE CRIME?

Man is the most dangerous animal. I mean, animals kill for a reason. To eat or to protect themselves. Not for just the sheer pleasure of killing. Oh, wait. Except for cats! A suspect in the serial killing and shooting of homeless people in the Big Apple and Washington, DC, was arrested early Tuesday in the capital, police announced.
The gunman – identified by a high-ranking police official as Gerald Brevard III, 30 – was busted when investigators showed up at his home in the southeastern section of the capital, law enforcement sources said.
“ARRESTED: Early this AM, law enforcement arrested the suspect in Washington, DC,” the DC Police Department announced at 5:40 a.m.
“He is a good person and like many across the world, he suffers from mental illness,” the suspect’s father, Gerald Brevard Jr., said in a statement shared with Gothamist. “The bigger picture is not that he has mental illness, but the number of times that he’s been within the judicial system and how the system has failed regarding the treatment of so many, including my son.”
Too lazy and stupid to get a job but mindful enough to travel interstates and commit murders out of self-hate. That's not mental illness.
Read the article before commenting. It clearly says that he has suffered from mental illness issues for years. People are constantly trying to discredit the mental illness crisis we have in this City when so many treatment facilities have closed. That's why we're seeing such an increase in these individuals roaming around.
This is not how you address vagrancy in NYC. You do that by opening clinics and allowing all the degenerates to self medicate themselves to death on an unlimited supply of free drugs. It's what they want anyway. Just look at San Francisco where this happens in all but official name via non profit charities!
