I wonder if he expected to successfully flee/had a getaway plan.
i don't think they HAVE a picture of him. none of the cameras at the station were functional and it sounds like none of the local businesses' cameras caught him nor any of the eyewitness videos. saw reports somewhere that witnesses saw him jump onto the tracks afterward. whether or not it's true the investigation wasted time doing a sweep for him there initially. i'm honestly appalled at the city/mta's lack of preparation for this... i wonder if this guy is gonna get away with it

latest from NBC, "Police are said to be looking for a U-Haul van with Arizona license plates AL31408 that may be linked to the suspect" so be on the lookout i suppose
Still hesitant to confirm the perp's race b/c eyewitness accounts are notoriously unreliable. Also, if he was wearing a gas mask then that makes it even more hard to identify. I'm usually in favor of the media stating the perp's race but not in this instance.
