Oxtail should stand on its own as the main signature ingredient not in a pizza, that's dumb.

The enjoyment of oxtail is the texture and the joys of eating it off the bone. The flesh itself is not amazing on it's own.

I used to get oxtail from a butcher dirt cheap like $6 a bag, nowadays try $35. Ridiculous, how some treats are being hyped up.

A friend of mine was visiting and really wanted this, so we had the oxtail. It was good and worked well enough. Friend loved it while I myself wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Lots of recipes for that online, not kidding. Maybe you should give it a go and make your own spin on it. If it's good, maybe you'll run the old Cup 'o Pizza guy out of business.

Maybe you can couple it with this: https://www.trapizzinousa.com/ then someone can roll up to your pizza parlor and you can ask them cup or cone.
