In a democratic election, Trump LOST to Hillary Clinton by 3 million votes.

The election of 2016 was one STOLEN by the loser. Except for Gore's beating GWB, stolen by a bought Nazi court. (Under what part of the Constitution does the Supreme Court have a role in determining the president?)

The only elections stolen from the actual winner were those STOLEN by the GOP's rigged elections, aka Bush and Trump, neither of whom won his election democratically.

No, not really. It has come down, for me, as mostly voting AGAINST the bigger fascist *******. This time, against Lee Zeldin.

Perhaps because Calvin Coolidge was the last sane Republican...to a limited extent.

Lee Zeldin is very anti mandates. The people who imposed the mandates- overwriting even others religious beliefs were the fascists. Zeldin is also anti crime. He vowed to get rid of Alvin Bragg who returns criminals to the streets. I cannot think of anything this person did that is fascist.

Eisenhower, Nixon (prior to Watergate) and George H.W. Bush were largely centrist, Republican presidents.

Therer is no such thing as "a centrist" in country moving towards Fascism. (All Germans had to support the NAZI party, so that support became CENTRIST by definition.)

Eisenhower was a WWII militant who thought the COLD WAR was the way ahead (he never got out of this dementia.) Nixon was just A CROOK from the get-go...in spite of his wife's "good strong Republican cloth coat."
GHWB was just a political opportunist who blew the way he was paid to.

While I can appreciate the healthy cynicism of all political leaders, just so I understand better, does this feeling carry over to Democrat presidents or is the vitriol only reserved for Republicans?

Note that I didn't even mention Reagan who won every state except for MN, DC.

Gee, I don't know... perhaps it was the supply-side policies of 3 Republican Presidents in a row that caused the US to descend in to a 10 year Great Depression leading to mass begging on the streets, men wandering around the country on frieght trains looking for any work and a rise in suicides? And the fact that a Dem President & Congress brought the country back from the brink as well as winning WWII right after that bad governance.

I know my father and his parents never forgot who caused them to lose their jobs and what party brought back prosperity & peace.
