The drivers that accelerate towards pedestrians at cross walks and probably accelerating if it is a skin color they don’t like. There are many downright low intellectual people driving and many do not have licenses or insurance. They probably do not even have jobs but they can afford having a car in Manhattan.
Also half of the people driving in NYC do not even speak English. They are very upstanding non citizens working jobs they are unauthorized to work while being here illegally and drifting by on the taxpayers dime. It is called diversity.

It’s called work and business (which BTW contributes to NYC’s economy which you probably benefit from but too ignorant to understand). If NY’ers promise to not ever leave NYC, then we can talk about telling others to stay only where they live.
Just like the gun laws, it is only going to affect the law abiding drivers who generally isn’t the problem anyway. The criminals will continue to drive recklessly and kill and then get lenient treatment from the Democrat DA’s.
