NYCHA Refund (living, deposit, office)

My mother had a stroke and needs to live in a 24/7 assisted living facility. I had to return her apt to NYCHA. She's supposed to get a refund of her deposit but it's been six months and so far hasn't gotten anything. I called the project's management office and was told they will get back to me. They didn't.


Does anyone know if there's a more general NYCHA number to call for this?
